Mission Statement

Community Care Center provides compassionate, supportive care

to the homebound in our community in a faithful and professional

manner. We provide a ministry to individuals of all ages who require

assistance to remain healthy and independent in their home.

Quality in-home care is assured through agency trained

and registered nurse-supervised direct care workers.

Registered Nurses also personally interview and customize

a nursing care plan that recognizes each client's specific

physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
