Our Mission

Community Care provides compassionate, supportive care to the homebound in our community in a faithful and professional manner. We provide a ministry to individuals of all ages who require assistance to remain healthy and independent in their home.

Quality in-home care is assured through agency trained and registered nurse-supervised direct care workers. Registered Nurses also personally interview and customize a nursing care plan that recognizes each client's specific physical, emotional and spiritual needs.

 

 

—A CCNE STORY

     Mary first joined CCNE as a volunteer in our business office at the age of 83. In addition to her generous time spent with us, Mary was the primary caregiver for John, her husband. John had cerebral palsy and his symptoms were greatly exacerbated due to the natural aging process.

     One day at home, Mary fell and broke her hip. Our home health aides helped get Mary back on her feet, while they assisted her husband with his daily living requirements.

     With CCNE assistance Mary and John were able to remain independent, in their own home for several more years.
